All applicants must furnish valid identification documentation during registration process.

Cardholder Obligations

Library card users bear full accountability for card-related actions, including:

  • Checkout of library items until report of loss or damage occurs. Guardians must supervise youth selections and accept liability for minors' card usage.

  • Coverage of replacement expenses for misplaced or broken items. Fee waivers apply upon return of materials in satisfactory condition. Legal guardians assume responsibility for minors' account obligations except for emancipated individuals. Detailed fee information available in official documentation.

  • Ensuring returned items remain in acceptable condition. Non-payment for damaged materials incurs penalties affecting future borrowing privileges.

Loan durations and limits depend on material classifications per Circulation Regulations.

Item Retrieval Procedures

Accounts with outstanding fees may undergo third-party recovery processes after notification. Recovery services incur administrative costs. Minors under 18 are exempt from this protocol. Confidentiality of patron information remains protected under institutional guidelines.
