The Allen County Public Library champions the celebration and accessibility of exemplary fine arts creations, drawing inspiration from both regional and nationwide sources.
Standards. Exhibitions must demonstrate exceptional artistic and craftsmanship quality. Participating artists should provide detailed submissions of their portfolio and background to coordinate display arrangements, with photographic documentation accepted as substitute evidence when required.
Scheduling. Exhibition durations range from 21 to 42 days. Prioritize advance planning to secure optimal timing for displays.
Publicity. The Library’s Public Information department will create foundational promotional materials. Exhibitors retain responsibility for supplementary outreach efforts. Coordinate with designated library personnel for event launch coordination.
Installation and Removal of Exhibits. Participants manage setup and dismantling processes within scheduled parameters. Displays remain undisturbed throughout their active period.
Insurance and Security. Institutional protection measures are reserved for extraordinary circumstances. Standard risk mitigation protocols require individual exhibitors to secure personal coverage arrangements.
Sale of Items. Monetary values cannot be displayed publicly. Interested buyers should communicate directly with exhibiting artists or submit purchase inquiries through library channels.
No further exhibits are currently planned.
