The Allen County Public Library welcomes contributions of financial resources, literary works, and diverse assets from corporate entities, institutions, and private contributors.

1. Acceptance. The institution receives contributions with the condition that ownership transfers permanently to the library, allowing flexible management decisions.

2. Acknowledgment. Written confirmation of receipt will be issued for every contribution.

3. Tax Deductions. Contributions qualify for tax reductions per applicable regulations.

4. Appraisal. The library holds no authority to determine valuation for tax reporting purposes regarding donated items.
