The Grand Atrium within the Central Library Structure—spanning from the Western Entrance via Ewing Street to the Eastern Library Plaza—serves exclusively for authorized library functions. Designated purposes encompass visitor navigation through primary entryways, interaction with circulation services, consultation at reference stations, and engagement with affiliated spaces. Any deviation from these parameters is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized activities encompass but are not limited to advocacy campaigns, electoral processes, monetary collection efforts, promotional initiatives, civic gatherings, collective expressions, and analogous communicative endeavors unless formally endorsed by the Allen County Public Library authority.
